This exquisite and light gluten free chocolate cake is made with Valrhona chocolate,  crispy layer of meringue and a creamy and smooth chocolate mousse, which give it a wonderful and unique texture making it the perfect choice for any occasion.

The Chef

Chocolat Pot is born from the hands of Gabriel Silva, the executive pastry chef, and Juan Carlos, a loyal friend and cooking enthusiast. Gabriel Silva was born in Spain and grew up with a passion for cooking that was passed down to him by his grandmother and mother. At the age of 40, Gabriel moved to Miami with his family, pursuing his dream of becoming a chef. He says his favorite part of being a chef is "the magic" he can create through food, and we couldn't agree more! In his quest for excellence, he found the key to ending a lunch or dinner in the best way possible, with a delicious chocolate cake. As Michelle, one of our customers, rightly points out, "This dessert is the highlight of the party. Everyone loves it for its taste and unique presentation. It's a great way to end a meal."
